We spent a day at Drumlin Farm where the kids got to dig in the dirt, see and touch animals and even go on a hay ride!
We also had fun swimming and the kids got to play at the Boston Children's Museum. Kaelyn made a giant bubble around herself and the kids spent a lot of time rolling golf balls down all sorts of tracks. There was also a life size computer game where they could dance and jump around.
Then we picked Nate up from the airport and the next day we headed to Plymouth, where the Mayflower arrived a few hundred years ago. We visited Plimoth Plantation where we saw how the early English settlers and Wampanoag Indians lived. After that, we went on board the Mayflower II (a replica of the original, also with actors on it). Then we went to the old cemetery to see a memorial for one of Andrew's ancestors who came on the Mayflower.
