I can't believe I have a 7-year-old! It doesn't seem that long ago I held my first baby in my arms. I had no idea about the amazing child she would grow to be. I remember being overwhelmed, but at the same time I was so in love with this little girl. She was always gorgeous with the most amazing eyes. She would smile at anyone and stare at them until they would look back at her. She was the most social little kid I had ever known. I soon realized that she was also extraordinarily bright. She would always ask questions and pretty much taught herself to read at age 5, well before she entered kindergarten. She now drills her brother, Ian, in solving math problems.
Kaelyn is a great example to her siblings and Annika especially adores her. She often asks for Kaelyn and loves to crawl in bed with her in the morning. Kaelyn is a great helper and I'm so lucky to be her mom!

Weet je hoe Els van Diermen haar noemde, toen ze Kaelyns foto zag? Een wijze oude vrouw! En van Ian werd ze vrolijk!
Je hebt een geweldig stel kinderen en een geweldige man en zelf ben je ook geweldig!.
Met Gods hulp kunnen we alles volbrengen, ook al lijkt het of we bijna bezwijken!
