Nate and Ian went to the church's father-son camp out Friday night till Saturday morning. It was their first and Ian was so excited the whole week before... He asked us every day how many more days until he got to go camping. Nate got him a special flash light and he would sleep with it every night. Finally, Friday came along and they drove to the campsite. I think it was at least 100 degrees outside that day. Nate said it didn't cool down until 3 AM. He didn't have the best night (the air mattress deflated too). Ian had a great time however, even though he missed his sisters and they each got a big hug when he got home.
Later (or was it before they left?) I found Ian in the bathroom. He had put his flashlight on the counter and was making shadows on the opposite wall. I tried to take pictures, but I'm not sure if you can tell. It was pretty dark.
Annika is really getting into dressing up. She loves to be a princess. After last Halloween, I got her a Snow White dress. She wore it last week and then ran outside. I ran after her and took some pictures. Here's my darling little princess:
