The day before yesterday, I gave Ian a haircut. I wasn't really happy with it and apparently he wasn't either. Yesterday morning, I dropped him off at a friend's house for preschool. She immediately noticed Ian's haircut and also mentioned that he must have helped out. It wasn't until then that I noticed a chunk of hair was cut out of the front. The next moment I saw a bunch of hair stuck to Annika's jacket. At home, I found out he had given Annika a haircut and strands were missing allover the place. I just wanted to cry.
I remembered Ian coming out of his bedroom that morning with a pair of scissors (his preschool scissors) and telling him to put them in his backpack please. Instead, he gave himself and his sister a haircut.
So I started to cut Annika's hair, hoping I wouldn't have to cut it too short. It turned out pretty short, but still cute. When Ian came home, he got a buzz.
After school, Kaelyn said she wanted a haircut too, so I thought: "Why not." I'll have to take a picture of all three of them when Kaelyn gets home. My mom took some pictures of me cutting their hair. I'm just glad that hair always keeps growing ;o)
